It was a modest and modern hotel in a surprisingly quiet area, next to major shopping areas and sights, `` zhong xiao xin shen '' MRT, and key city attractions. Fantastically friendly staff and the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect.

the room we got was immaculately clean and nice styled on the higher floors, everything was really good. the location was excellent and the staff was polite during the whole stay! the fact that zhongxiao xinsheng subway station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

This is a luxury and modern hotel, recently renovated rooms. Have to say I liked good breakfast. The staff is efficient and extraordinarily friendly, an absolute asset to this the place. Amazing location for visiting eateries and restaurants close to the property. It provides good restaurant nearby.

The breakfast options seem limited for Western guests, with only basic choices like fried eggs, white bread, jam, peanut butter.

This hotel is in a front of the underground station, and is very convenient for sightseeing. A blackout occurred, but recovered immediately. The hot water and water come out so nice.

The basement restaurant for breakfast is not clean. There were several cockroaches there. The cleaning of the room is not tidy. Popcorn was scattered on the floor when we were entering the room. The combat(cockroach killer) was in the closet. The slippers were dirty, and it was impossible to use. The hotel manual was covered with dust.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, being ridiculously close to the MRT station. It was such a relief to have the hotel right across from the Ever Green Airport Bus stop, making it incredibly convenient for us when we arrived from the international airport. Additionally, being next to the MRT made getting around the city a breeze.

Fine food for all meals. Quiet and beautiful hotel in an excellent setting to at least four banks that exchange foreign currency. Plus, a few steps away from Qi Dong Poetry Salon.

I recently stayed at a newly-renovated hotel in Taipei for a few days. The hotel was comfortable and provided a relaxing experience. The buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious, with a variety of options that changed daily. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, remembering previous conversations and making me feel genuinely cared for. The hotel's central location was a big plus, with shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and attractions nearby. It was also conveniently located just steps away from the Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT station, making it easy to explore Taipei.

Came here for 22 nights with my children, had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was free, featured a wide range of meals. Really enjoyed staying at the triple room with a "dual water cooler" system and coffee, for example. The staff were competent and excellent too. My location was excellent and perfect very near metro.

Shame the bathroom was wet.

During my stay at Kdm Hotel, I experienced a minor issue with the TV network. However, the manager and hotel staff were quick to respond and attempted to fix the problem. Since it was after office hours, they compensated me with a free breakfast the next morning and ensured that the TV network was fixed by the time I returned in the evening. The hotel's location was also a major advantage, with its close proximity to the MRT station making it convenient for travelers with luggage. Additionally, there were plenty of local food stalls and a fruit stall within walking distance for those seeking a late-night snack or some vitamins.

Though overall positive, there were a few drawbacks to note. during check-in, the staff at the counter seemed to be murmuring to herself, which could have been more professional.
